I’m Tita, and welcome to my kitchen, the place where stories are cooked before they’re told. Every grain of corn, every tear of onion carries the memory of the land. Tonight, as I feed you, my granddaughter, and my lovely family, the air will fill with music, the floor will move with dance, and every flavor will bring a story back to life. And, of course, you always need a bit of patience to let that happen. Let’s celebrate - life, of course!
